


What you’ll need for 1 Zombie;
- 35ml Dark Rum
- 35ml Golden Rum
- 25ml Demerara Overproof Rum
- 1 bottle of Pago Rhubarb and Pear juice (using 50ml per drink)
- Half a lime to garnish
- Ice
- A tiki mug
- To blend, add all the liquids to a blender, with some ice, and blitz it up until combined, then pour it into a tiki mug.
- To build, pour the dark and golden rum into a tiki mug, over ice, add the Rhubarb Pago, and stir. Finish the drink by floating your overproof rum on the top of the drink.

Now comes the fun bit, setting light to your drink…..Our local always serves your Zombie flaming, and I tried to find someway of using rhubarb or pear as the flame vessel, but it wasn’t a great idea, so let me save you the hassle and say, do it the old fashioned way, grab yourself a inside out half lime, fill it with a dash of the overproof rum, and light it. But don’t let it burn out, just coo at the flame, then blow it out and tip that rum into your drink, or it’s a waste!
